These terms govern your use of FaxAPage, a service operated by Lunni Solutions LLC ("FaxAPage," "we," "us"). By uploading a document and completing payment, you agree to these terms.
FaxAPage lets you send a single fax by uploading a document, entering a recipient fax number, and paying per page. There is no account, subscription, or recurring charge, each fax is a standalone, one-time transaction.
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement to use FaxAPage.
Pricing is $1 for the first page and $0.70 for each extra page, based on the actual page count of your document (or its converted PDF, if you upload a non-PDF file). The price shown before you pay is final; we don't add fees afterward. Payment is processed by Stripe at the time you submit your order.
We attempt to deliver your fax immediately after payment. If delivery fails, we retry automatically up to three additional times (four attempts total). If it still hasn't been delivered after the fourth attempt, we refund your payment in full automatically, no request needed from you.
Once a fax has been successfully delivered, the transaction is final and not eligible for a refund on the basis of, for example, having sent the wrong document or the wrong number, since that delivery was completed as instructed. We can't guarantee that every fax number is reachable or that every recipient's fax machine or service will accept an incoming transmission; our commitment is the retry-and-refund process described above, not a guarantee that delivery is always possible.
You agree not to use FaxAPage to send anything that:
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order we reasonably believe violates this policy.
We store your document only for as long as needed to complete your fax, and delete it once the fax is delivered or refunded. See our Privacy Policy for details on data handling.
FaxAPage does not currently hold formal compliance certifications such as HIPAA. You're responsible for determining whether FaxAPage is appropriate for any regulated data you choose to send.
FaxAPage is provided "as is." Beyond the retry-and-refund commitment described above, we don't make additional guarantees about uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or fitness for a particular regulatory purpose.
To the extent permitted by law, FaxAPage and Lunni Solutions LLC aren't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim relating to a specific fax is limited to the amount you paid for that fax.
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of FaxAPage after a change means you accept the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
